How does caller ID work?

Eyecon’s Caller ID feature provides suggestions based on publicly available sources, including platforms like Facebook. We enrich unknown calls with names and photos by leveraging social media and our extensive internal databases.

When you receive a call from an unknown number, Eyecon identifies it using our vast database. Not only will we provide the caller’s name, but we’ll also display their photo for a more personal experience.

*In order for Eyecon to identify unknown numbers, make sure Eyecon is your default dialer. 

  1. Go to “More”
  2. Click on “Full screen photos”
